In exercise of the powers conferred by the Section 35 of Architects Act 1967, the Board of Architects Malaysia, with the approval of Minister, makes the following rules:
Citation and commencement
(1)These rules may be cited as the Architects (Scale of Minimum Fees) Rules 2010.
(2)The Rules come into operation on 1st March 2010.
